Healthy Again
It has been a while since I posted last. It all started when my oldest got the H1N1 flu. Then my husband and youngest son got sick. Lastly my middle one got it. I won’t go into the details of who had what, but let’s just say it was gross. It luckily seems to have skipped me, but wow - what an awful week. The boys were lucky enough to get on Tamiflu and they were able to get better fast. The downside to that is that they were home with me…all…week…long. They were so ready to go back to school early, but they couldn’t until they were off of all medicine for 24 hours.
They are all better now and back and school. That is great news for my house and my nerves. Now I need to figure out how to clean my entire house - and have it stay that way. Does anyone have any tips? I swear I can spend all day cleaning then in 5 minutes the house is destroyed. Tomorrow I’m planning on cleaning it all over again - let’s hope it can last a little longer. 6 minutes would be nice…lol.
I have been catching up on my scrapping. I’m finding 4 creative teams a lot to keep up with, but I’m loving it. It is only the middle of the month and I’m doing quite well not getting to far behind. All of my designers have new kits out, which means more layouts for me to work with. You can see all my newest layouts by clicking on the CT pages.
My mother came over yesterday to teach me how to crochet. This was something I’ve wanted to learn because all of past generations in my family has done this. I can’t tell you the number of afghans my Great - Grandmother has made for me and my family. I’m working on making an afghan now, then I can say I’m at least the 5th generation crocheting. Let’s just hope I can keep it up….lol.
Ok, I hear fighting I better get going. Don’t forget to check out my newest layouts!
